Inspection Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Coordination of inspection work with TUV Nord overseas offices, TUV India approved agency and with overseas clients / TUV Nord overseas offices by understanding inspection specific requirements. Overall monitoring of the assignments.
• Well Versed in inspection related technical field documentation requirements, clearance / issuance of IRN. Technical Monitoring of the inspectors & reports.
• Coordintion with executing offices for CVs and with clients for CV approvals as applicable.
• Primary review of Reports for completeness and relevance to Inspection Notification.
• Coordination with Project QA for review of Reports before submission to client and for customer complaint/s if any.
• Attending periodic project review with Operation Manager as well as client as and when required.
• Tracking the WO/PO consumption of Man-days ,Value and Validity.
• Collecting and compiling the daily Time sheets, Preparing Man Day track sheet, and obtaining approval of Monthly time sheet from Client.
• Coordinating with Invoicing Team for timely Invoicing (Monthly / Milestone as applicable as per contract)
• Job completion and preparing invoices.
• Payment tracking & follow-up.
• TUV Nord overseas offices & agency payment process including tracking & follow-up.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent communication skills
• Language fluency Good command to interact with client/customer.
• Also, must be aware of ISO standards audit requirements.
• Good understanding of Vendors Inspection and Test Plan, Product knowledge.
• Basic essential knowledge of ERP / SAP, hands on experience with Microsoft office, Excel & PPT.
• Highly motivated, team player.
