Inspection Coordinator

We are currently recruiting Candidates for the position of Inspections Coordinator for a Client company based in Bergamo Area.

Position title: Inspections Coordinator

Department: Quality Dept.

Location: Bergamo Area

The Inspections Coordinator is responsible for overseeing inspection activities and managing supplier follow-ups to ensure material quality, on-time deliveries, and compliance with technical specifications.

This role involves constant interaction with suppliers, the production team, logistics, and procurement to prevent delays and resolve order-related issues.

Main Responsibilities :

1. Plan and coordinate inspection and expediting activities at suppliers’ sites to verify material quality and compliance.

2. Review of Field Activities Deliverable (certificates of conformity, inspection reports, test reports)

3. Collaborate with internal departments (post-order) and with Field Inspectors/Expediters or Inspection Services Provider to ensure efficient workflow.

4. Maintain constant communication with suppliers to improve delivery assurance and product quality.

5. Manage internal inspection system ensuring traceability and track of inspection and expediting activities.

6. Participate in progress meetings and provide updates on inspection and expediting status.

7.     Collect the data book from Vendor to elaborate the plant MDRB Manufacturer Data Record Books.

Qualification requirements :

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in similar roles (inspection, expediting, post order management).
• Italian language high level (spoken, written)
• English language high level (spoken, written)
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Experience with ERP and supplier management systems (SAP, Dynamics, etc.).
