Inspection Engineer

We are looking for a technically driven and dedicated professional to join the team of a stable, internationally established, modern electronics manufacturing company in the following position:

INSPECTION ENGINEER

Responsibilities

• Creating, setting up, optimizing, and troubleshooting AOI programs
• Optimizing inspection parameters and reducing false calls
• Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) activities
• Identifying manufacturing defects, performing failure analysis, and conducting root cause analysis
• Identifying and resolving production line issues and providing technical support to production
• Continuously developing and optimizing automated inspection systems
• Actively participating in continuous improvement projects
• Collaborating with process, quality, and manufacturing support engineers
• Supporting the implementation and handover of new solutions into production

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in programming, setting up, or optimizing AOI systems
• Knowledge of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and electronics manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of automated inspection systems and manufacturing automation environments
• Confident command of English
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
• Proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement

Advantageous

• Experience in machine vision
• Experience in robotics or automation projects
• Experience in quality engineering
• Experience working on the manufacturing/vendor side of AOI or other automated inspection systems
