MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Mô tả công việc

1. Take ownership of policies, procedures and project requirements from HQ, and verify their actual implementation in frontline business operations;

2. Identify issues and risks in business execution through on-site inspections, document reviews, hotline calls, employee interviews, mystery shopping and other methods, and objectively record inspection results;

3. Follow up on corrective actions for identified issues, review the results of remediation, and ensure issues are properly closed;

4. Regularly organize inspection data, identified issues and remediation status, prepare inspection reports, and promptly report frontline findings to HQ;

5. Participate in special inspections, business investigations and other related activities as assigned by HQ and the Audit team.

KINH NGHIỆM YÊU CẦU

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with no specific major required; 2+ years of experience in business operations, operations management, audit, risk management or related fields;

2. Strong logical thinking and problem identification skills, with the ability to identify issues and potential risks in business execution;

3. Detail-oriented, principled and responsible, with the ability to conduct inspections objectively and independently;

4. Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to follow up on corrective actions and drive issues to closure;

5. Proficiency in Chinese or English as a second working language is preferred.
