Inspection Manager

An international consumer products testing, certification and inspection company, STC (www.stc.group) is looking for candidates to fill the following position.

Inspection Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, lead and control the activities for inspection of consumer products and factories;
• Monitor work progress to meet schedules;
• Train and supervise technical and supporting staff;
• Conduct performance appraisal on his/her subordinates;
• Be reports signatory when necessary;
• Ensure timely delivery of quality service to customers;
• Ensure full compliance with the requirements set out in the Quality Manual and associated documentation;
• Ensure that customers' information is kept confidential;
• Carry out other duties as described in the quality system documentation.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Engineering/ Textiles/ Electrical or related subject;
• At least 5 years experience in inspection and / or laboratory field and in which more than 3 years in management level;
• Good communication and execution skills;
• Well-organized, self-driven and excellent interpersonal skills;
• Good spoken and written in English and Chinese.
