验货项目经理 Inspection Project Manager

This role focuses on strictly controlling inspection report quality, optimizing technical documents, replying internal and external technical inquiries and handling quality complaints.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspection Report Quality Control

Be responsibility for the quality review of inspection reports. Strictly check the accuracy, completeness, standardization and rationality of inspection data, on-site test, and report content. Establish report quality control mechanisms and effectively reduce report errors.

• Technical Document Management

According to the customer’s requirements, undertake the compilation, revision, update, and filing management of technical documents. Ensure that all technical materials are consistent with the latest customer requirements and inspection specifications. Provide professional technical baseline for inspection.

• Technical Consultation Response

Professional and timely respond to daily technical consultation from clients and inspection team. Handle technical issues and provide support for internal execution and external customer communication.

• Quality Complaint Handling

Be responsible for the investigation, analysis, and closed-loop handling of quality complaints. Verify complaint issues, sort out root causes, formulate improvement actions, feedback to customers in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above. More than 10 years of working experience in consumer goods inspection, quality management, or the relevant technical work.
• Familiar with consumer goods (hardline, softline and EE) inspection specifications. Familiar with the quality requirements from European buyers, e.g., Lidl, Aldi, etc.
• Excellent English skills. Good team management, communication, coordination and problem-solving ability. Careful and rigorous in work. Positive, responsible, and proactive.
