Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the fire protection industry.
  • Hands-on experience with fire alarm inspection, testing, or maintenance.
  • Experience inspecting and servicing portable fire extinguishers.
  • Background in fire suppression systems, including special hazard or industrial fire suppression equipment, is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with NFPA 10, NFPA 72, and other applicable fire protection standards.
  • Fire protection industry certifications or licenses are preferred.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage assigned responsibilities.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Candidates with experience in one or more fire protection disciplines are encouraged to apply. Training may be provided to expand knowledge in additional systems.

Total Fire Protection offers:

  • Full-time employment: Consistent 40-hour workweek.
  • Competitive pay: Based on experience and qualifications.
