Working closely with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Project Delivery teams, you will be responsible for inspecting metallic and composite components, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings and technical specifications, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and traceability throughout the manufacturing process.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute directly to the performance and reliability of components used at the highest level of motorsport while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

  • Using PolyWorks Inspection software.

  • Clearly document and raise any non-conformances within company systems.

  • Provide first-off inspection support and technical feedback to manufacturing departments.

  • Maintain accurate inspection and job completion records.

  • Ensure parts are correctly marked and traceable in line with standard operating procedures.

Who We're Looking For

  • Strong engineering background with the ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings (including GD&T)

  • Experience using inspection equipment, such as CMMs, laser scanners and bench tools

  • Experience reviewing technical specifications and recording inspection findings accurately

  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems with strong problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of part making, traceability processes, and inspection documentation control

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments

  • A proactive team player with a 'can do’ approach
