Instagram Content Creator

Job Summary:
Take your skills further as a creative Social Media Manager who builds and runs our Instagram presence in the luxury travel space. You’ll turn our photos and videos into polished posts, reels, and stories, write captions in a refined boutique travel voice, and engage with our growing community. The role is designed to grow over time into broader administrative support, so we’re looking for someone organized, polished, and eager to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule Instagram posts, reels, and stories using our brand kit and Canva templates
• Turn raw photos and videos into polished, on-brand content
• Write captions, hashtags, and descriptions in a boutique luxury travel voice
• Reply to comments and direct messages to build and nurture our community
• Keep the feed consistent, visually cohesive, and true to our brand
• Track post performance and recommend ways to grow reach and engagement
• As the role grows, manage email and calendar and keep CRM records current
• As the role grows, handle client follow-ups from a dedicated work email and make light website content updates

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience managing Instagram content, including posts, reels, and stories
• Strong proficiency in Canva, including working from existing templates and brand kits
• Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to match a polished, luxury brand voice
• Experience editing and repurposing photos and short-form video
• Experience with content scheduling tools
• Experience handling community engagement, including comments and DMs
• Diligent, well-prepared, and self-sufficient
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in travel, hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle content
• Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut or similar
• Familiarity with email and calendar management and CRM tools
• Basic experience updating website content (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, or similar)
• Understanding of Instagram analytics and hashtag strategy
• Comfortable managing a busy load of projects at once
