Instagram Content Manager VA

Job Summary:
We're delighted to add a detail-oriented Social Media Content Manager to manage our Instagram presence and support our email marketing. You'll take raw video footage and direction and turn it into polished, on-brand reels, write captions that capture our voice within the luxury travel niche, and help keep our content calendar and email newsletters running smoothly. The ideal candidate is a reliable self-starter who can execute a clear creative vision with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and schedule Instagram content, including posts and reels
• Edit raw video footage into polished, on-brand reels
• Write engaging captions that match brand voice and travel niche
• Build and maintain a monthly content calendar based on provided direction
• Draft and schedule email newsletters through Mailchimp
• Research relevant travel and lifestyle accounts for content inspiration
• Prepare periodic performance reports covering views, engagement, and growth
• Provide proactive daily updates on tasks in progress and completed

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong written English with excellent attention to detail
• Proven experience managing Instagram accounts and editing short-form video content (Reels or TikTok-style)
• Comfortable using Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
• Proficiency with Canva and short-form video editing tools
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills, including proactive, consistent updates

Preferred Skills:

• Experience creating content for travel, lifestyle, hospitality, or luxury brands
• Familiarity with content calendar planning and social media performance reporting
• Ability to draw inspiration from other accounts while adapting to a distinct brand voice
• Comfortable managing multiple platforms and channels simultaneously
