Role Overview

The Install Coordinator supports the Residential Sales Department by organizing installation processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Process job information and ensure completion of required documentation.
• Register new equipment, submit rebates, and verify full payment (including financing).
• Prepare job costing paperwork.
• Maintain permit lists and track monthly sales numbers.
• Schedule sales leads and answer customer inquiries about installations.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of office experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC industry terminology.
• Innovative, solution-oriented thinker.
