Install Division Apprentice

As an Install Division Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting all aspects of outdoor construction projects, including grading, base preparation, paver and retaining wall installation, turf, lighting, and irrigation. Responsibilities
Arrive on time each day in proper uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE)
Assist with setting up tools, equipment, and materials for daily tasks
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite throughout the workday
Load and unload materials as directed by supervisors
Participate in end-of-day cleanup and organization of tools and materials
Support excavation, grading, and base preparation for installations
Assist with compaction, screeding, and laying pavers
Help with the construction of retaining walls, steps, and edging systems
Participate in turf, irrigation, and lighting installations
Assist with sod laying, seeding, and bed preparation
Follow all safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions
Take direction from supervisors, ask questions, and communicate any issues
Protect client property and ensure high-quality workmanship
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation to and from work
Willingness to learn, take coaching, and work as part of a team
Compensation

$18.00 $20.00 per hour (Full-time, hourly). Expected hours: 4555 per week. Overtime pay available.
