SUMMARY

The Install Helper assists with the installation of whole-home standby generators. This role involves supporting plumbers and electricians on-site and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently by following directions and adhering to safety standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Assist in the installation of whole-home standby generators, ensuring proper setup and functionality.

• Provide support to plumbers and electricians, including handling tools, equipment, and materials.

• Follow detailed instructions and work closely with the installation team to complete jobs.

• Maintain a clean and organized worksite during and after installations.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, or general labor is preferred.

OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND/OR TRAINING

• Basic understanding of tools and mechanical systems.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 lbs).

• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
