Details

• Provide first-line support for all desktop-related issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, including operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.
• Assist end-users with IT-related problems, providing clear and concise instructions to resolve issues. Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and- ups to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, support requests, and resolutions using ticketing systems and asset management tools.
• Provide remote support via tools such as TeamViewer, Ammy Admin, or other remote desktop applications.
• Work closely with other IT staff to resolve complex issues and contribute to ongoing IT projects.
• Provide on-site support when required, troubleshooting and resolving issues directly at the user's location.
