Installation & Support Technician

Digital Diffusion is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Installation & Support Technician to join our on-site operations team in Muscat.

About the Role:

You’ll be the hands behind our visual magic—installing, testing, dismantling, and maintaining cutting-edge equipment at events, venues, and activations.

What You’ll Do:

Installation & Maintenance

• Set up holographic systems, mounts, and wiring
• Dismantle and repackage safely post-activation
• Run device tests and fix any technical issues

On-Site Support & Logistics

• Assist with site surveys and placement
• Coordinate with team leads and follow instructions
• Keep tools, cables, and hardware organized and ready

Client-Facing Conduct

• Represent the company with professionalism on-site
• Assist clients in using or understanding the devices
• Report any equipment issues immediately

Who We’re Looking For:

• Familiar with basic wiring and mounting tools
• Organized and dependable
• Able to lift, transport, and manage equipment
• Willing to work evenings or weekends during events
• Committed to safety and confidentiality

• Respect equipment and safety protocols
• Take ownership of installations from start to finish
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients
• Support senior engineers as needed
