About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Install/Field Operations Assistant to join our team and support our experienced installation, warehouse/delivery, and service teams. If you’re reliable, eager to learn, and want to grow your career in the construction industry, this is a great opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Installation Support (Primary Focus)

• Assist with the installation of windows and doors in new residential builds
• Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to and from job sites
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe

Warehouse & Delivery Support

• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
• Help receive, organize, and stage products in the warehouse

Service Team Support

• Assist service technicians with inspections, repairs, adjustments, and warrany-related work.
• Help gather tools, materials, and replacement parts needed for serivice calls

What You’ll Need

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required
• 1 or more years in the construction field
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work safely
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Clean driving record with minimal moving violations
• Must provide and maintain your own basic hand tools (recommended tool list will be provided)
• Ability to read a tape measure

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
