Installation Coordinator

Overview

Full Time Installation Coordinator needed for Local flooring company. Good communication, computer and organizational skills are a must. Knowledge of the construction industry and some knowledge of the floor covering business would be helpful. Job overview is as follows, the Installation Coordinator will schedule installations for carpet, hard surface flooring of all types as well as custom tile showers, backsplashes etc. The position also requires regular communication with customers, installation crews and sales associates to assure that the process goes as smoothly as possible. The Coordinator will also work hand in hand with our warehouse, purchasing to stay apprised of the arrival of materials for scheduling and also with Payroll to communicate job status and ensure crews are being credited for completed work. Individuals who multitask well and can remain calm under pressure are ideal for this position.
