Job Description for Installation Coordinator:

Job Overview:

The Installation Coordinator role is a supporting position for the Installation department with cross over responsibilities to the Sales, Accounting, & Estimating departments. This role is the liaison between the field Installation Managers and the office. This position reports to the Director of Installation.

Responsibilities / Duties / Objectives:

o Process all subcontractor weekly labor documents in the company ERP.

o Create / edit change orders related to payroll.

o Update Work Order Contracts weekly to match payroll.

o Sort subcontractor labor paperwork and provide to Accounting and Sales.

o Process retainage payments to subcontractors.

o Process subcontractor backcharges.

o Manage all jobsite items to meet deadlines.

o Coordinate placement and removal of all lift equipment.

o Coordinate placement and removal of all storge equipment.

o Coordinate placement and removal of all portable toilets.

o Manage badging consent forms and assist subcontractors in meeting badging requirements.

o Manage shared handover calendar and schedule project handovers with all departments.

o Participation in all branch meetings related to the Installation department efforts.

o Manage all data for Installation dashboard and publish weekly.

o Manage all internal moisture testing process with creation, sharing, and storage of information.

o Manage truck fleet information and report as required.

o Manage all subcontractor onboarding process with continual verifying documentation compliance.

o Occasional weekend work required. Heavy work hours during seasonal Summer period.

o Follow all directions provided by supervisors.

Qualifications / Skills:

o 1+ years experience within construction industry. Flooring experience considered a plus.

o Strong work ethic and initiative for action.

o Excellent communication skills both written and spoken. Desire to proactively keep team and customers advised on assigned projects. Bilingual language skills a plus.

o Strong organizational skills.-

o High level of integrity.

o Computer or technical skills.

o Working experience with Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.

o Working experience with ERP or similar business software.

o Working experience with smart phone apps and tablets.

o Working experience with Estimating software considered a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
