Description Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Signage Installer to join our team. The Signage Installer will be responsible for the installation of a wide range of signage products, including but not limited to vinyl graphics, banners, vehicle wraps, and illuminated signs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sign installation, a strong understanding of various tools and materials, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Sign Installation: Install a variety of signs, including but not limited to vinyl graphics, banners, dimensional letters, illuminated signs, and vehicle wraps, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications.
• Site Preparation: Prepare installation sites by measuring, cutting, and mounting substrates or frameworks as required, ensuring surfaces are clean and ready for installation.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during installations, including the proper use of safety equipment and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Client Interaction: Communicate professionally with clients on-site to confirm installation details, address concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, fabricators, and other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process, ensuring all signage is securely and accurately installed.
• Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repair of signage, as needed, to ensure long-term durability and functionality.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, including time spent, materials used, and any issues encountered.

Qualifications Qualifications:

• Experience: Preferred but not required

• Skills:

• Proficiency with hand and power tools.

• Proficiency with cutting torch and stick welding helpful

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Physical stamina and the ability to work at heights, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.

• Licenses/Certifications: Valid Class A driver’s license required; certifications in OSHA safety, scaffolding, or other relevant areas preferred.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in signage installation or a related field is preferred.

Work Environment

• Physical Demands: The role requires frequent standing, bending, lifting, and working at heights. Use of ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts may be necessary.
• Work Conditions: Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, often in varying weather conditions. Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed to meet project deadlines.
