Installation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Read engineering and AutoCAD drawings to execute installation activities.
• Supervise installation of furniture production equipment and systems.
• Ensure installation works are carried out according to technical specifications and safety standards.
• Provide on-site technical solutions to resolve installation challenges.
• Lead work teams to achieve project goals efficiently.
• Maintain product quality standards during installation and handover stages.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Prepare and submit installation progress and quality reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing installation/assembly.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and engineering drawing interpretation.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent leadership, supervision, and team management skills.
• Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects within timelines.
