Installation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live demonstrations of smart locks and related smart home security products.
• Explain product features, benefits, and usage to potential customers.
• Assist customers in understanding lock installation, mobile app setup, and troubleshooting.
• Answer customer queries and provide technical guidance during demonstrations.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.
• Ensure demo units are functional, updated, and well-maintained.
• Support retail outlets, exhibitions, events, and customer visits as required.
• Stay updated on new smart lock technologies and competing products.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
