We install and maintain PIV units, MEV and MVHR systems, extractor fans and radon mitigation solutions in real people's homes across Yorkshire and the North East.

The role

Installing and servicing ventilation systems (PIV, MEV, MVHR, extractor fans) in occupied domestic properties

Diagnosing and resolving condensation, damp and airflow issues for homeowners and landlords

Working independently across a defined Yorkshire/North East patch, with occasional support to neighbouring areas

Keeping accurate electronic job records and communicating clearly with customers and the office

What we're looking for

• 18th Edition qualified
• Minimum Level 2 electrical installation or Domestic Installer qualification
• 2391 or 2392 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
• C&G 2393-10 Part P desirable
• At least 2 years' electrical experience
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Comfortable working independently and talking to customers in their homes

What you'll get

Salary: £34,000–£40,000 per year, depending on experience
