Responsible for the day-to-day Supervision and execution of installation works ensuring proper manpower coordination. workmanship. productivity. and safe working practices in accordance with approved drawings, specifications. and project programmer.

KEY RESPOSIBILITY:

• Supervise and coordinate daily installation activities at site.
• Allocate manpower and work areas to workers and installation teams,
• Read and interpret approved Shop drawings, construction drawings, and installation details
• Ensure installation works are carried out according to approved drawings. specifications. and method statements.
• Check site dimensions, levels, alignment. openings. and setting-out requirements before installation.
• Coordinate installation activities with structural, architectural, MEP, finishing, and Other trades
• Monitor manpower. productivity. materials, tools, and equipment requirements.
• Check delivered materials and ensure proper handling. storage, and protection.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure proper alignment levels. fixing. joints, and finishes.
• Identify defective Or incomplete works and arrange timely rectification.
• Coordinate with QAJQC for inspections and ensure works are ready for inspection.
• Assist during Client and Consultant inspections and close site comments.
• Monitor daily progress and report delays, material shortages, and site issues.
• Coordinate With subcontractors and suppliers regarding manpower. materials. and installation requirements.
• Monitor and complete snagging and de-snagging of installation works.
• Ensure completed works are properly protected from damage.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safe working conditions,
• Ensure workers cornpty with HSE requirements and approved safe working practices
• Report daily progress and manpower requirements to the Site Engineer / Project Manager.

✅Experience in building construction. fit-out. or specialist installation works. Ability to read and understand shop drawings and construction details
✅Strong practical knowledge of installation methods and site activities.
✅Good manpower supervision and team leadership skills.
✅UAE construction experQnce is preferred
✅Good communication and coordination skills.
✅Minimum 5—7 years Of relevant experience in construction installation works.
