Alley Cat Rodent Exclusion protects Bay Area homes and businesses by finding how rodents get in and sealing them out for good. Our crews do hands-on, detail-oriented work, and our foremen set the standard on every job.

The Role

The Installation Foreman leads a crew in the field on rodent exclusion and insulation replacement projects. A major part of our work focuses on addressing rodent infestations in attic and crawl space insulation, including complete insulation removal and reinstallation. You'll make sure each job is done right, on time, and safely, while working alongside your team.

What You'll Do

• Lead installers on rodent exclusion and remediation jobs at residential and commercial properties
• Review job scopes, plan the work, and assign tasks to the crew
• Do hands-on exclusion and insulation work (removal, sanitation, and installation) in attics and crawl spaces
• Check finished work for quality before leaving each site
• Enforce safety procedures and correct PPE use
• Train and coach newer installers
• Communicate with customers on site and keep the office updated on job status, materials, and issues
• Look after tools, materials, and company vehicles

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Able to communicate effectively in English for safety, job instructions, and team coordination
• Comfortable working in tight spaces, at heights, and in hot or dusty conditions
• Able to lift and carry heavy materials and kneel, crawl, and climb ladders
• Dependable, organized, and good at solving problems

Preferred

• Experience leading a team or crew
• Experience with insulation removal and installation, attic/crawl space remediation, pest control, or general construction

Pay & Benefits

• $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience
