Alley Cat Rodent Exclusion protects Bay Area homes and businesses by finding how rodents get in and sealing them out for good. Our crews do hands-on, detail-oriented work that solves problems for our customers.

The Role

As an Installer, you'll work on a crew completing rodent exclusion, sanitation, and insulation remediation jobs at residential and commercial properties. A significant portion of our daily work involves dealing with rodents infesting attic and crawl space insulation, including full insulation removal and new insulation installation. If you take pride in doing careful work and don't mind getting dirty, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Seal rodent entry points with exclusion materials such as hardware cloth, mesh, sealants, and metal flashing
• Work in attics, crawl spaces, and under structures to inspect, clean, and repair
• Perform insulation removal, sanitation, and new insulation installation in contaminated areas
• Follow safety procedures and wear the right PPE on every job
• Keep tools, materials, and company vehicles organized and in good condition
• Treat customers and their property with respect

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Able to communicate effectively in English for safety, job instructions, and team coordination
• Comfortable working in tight spaces, at heights, and in hot or dusty conditions
• Able to lift and carry heavy materials and kneel, crawl, and climb ladders
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn

Preferred

• Experience with insulation removal/installation, attic/crawl space restoration, pest control, or related building trades

We'll train the right person. If you're a hard worker with a good attitude, apply even if you don't have direct exclusion experience.

Pay & Benefits

• $27–$30 per hour, depending on experience
• Paid on-the-job training
