Installation Manager

Florida Seamless Gutters is looking for an Installation Manager who can keep projects organized from the time they're ready to schedule until the work is completed.

You'll work closely with installation crews, customers, and the rest of the team to make sure everyone has the information they need before a job begins. Once work is underway, you'll help address scheduling changes, material questions, and other issues that can affect completion.

This isn't a position where every day follows the same plan. Weather changes. Projects run longer than expected. A crew may discover something at a property that wasn't obvious beforehand. We're looking for someone who can work through those situations and keep the next job moving too.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate daily and upcoming installation schedules
• Assign work and communicate job details to installation crews
• Review upcoming projects for scheduling, material, or access requirements
• Keep customers informed about installation timing and significant changes
• Monitor jobs in progress and follow up on outstanding items
• Coordinate materials and other resources needed for scheduled work
• Help resolve issues that arise before or during installation
• Maintain accurate project and installation records
• Follow up on callbacks, punch-list items, or work requiring additional attention
• Help improve scheduling and installation processes as the workload changes

What we're looking for

• Experience in installation, construction, roofing, siding, windows and doors, remodeling, solar, home improvement, or a similar field
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Comfortable coordinating crews and multiple active projects
• Able to adjust schedules and priorities when circumstances change
• Good judgment and a practical approach to solving field problems
• Comfortable communicating directly with homeowners and customers
• Dependable follow-through and attention to detail
• Comfortable using scheduling, project-management, CRM, or similar software
• Gutter installation experience is helpful, but not required

You don't have to come from the gutter industry.

If you've coordinated roofing crews, window installations, siding projects, remodeling work, solar installations, or another field-based home-improvement service, much of that experience can translate directly to this position.

We're looking for someone who plans ahead, notices potential problems before they affect the schedule, and takes responsibility for getting installations across the finish line.

Pay: $74,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
