Installation Manager

Doors Inc. is looking for an Installation Manager who can keep projects organized, installation teams supported, and customers confident throughout the installation process.

A successful installation depends on more than just the work being completed. Crews need clear information, materials need to be ready, schedules need to stay organized, and customers need to know what to expect.

The Installation Manager will oversee the day-to-day coordination of installation activity and help ensure every project moves smoothly from scheduling through completion.

What you'll be responsible for

• Coordinate daily installation schedules and crew assignments
• Review upcoming jobs to ensure teams have the information and resources needed
• Support installation teams with questions, changes, and job requirements
• Communicate with customers regarding installation timing and updates
• Monitor active installations and help resolve issues quickly
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and jobsite requirements
• Follow up on completed work, punch-list items, and service needs
• Maintain accurate project and installation records
• Help improve installation processes, scheduling, and team efficiency
• Support quality standards and customer satisfaction throughout the installation process
• Work with sales, warehouse, project teams, and other departments to keep projects moving

What we're looking for

• Experience managing installations, field services, construction projects, remodeling, home improvement, or a similar environment
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Comfortable coordinating crews and multiple active jobs
• Able to solve problems quickly when schedules or job conditions change
• Experience working with customers, installers, subcontractors, or field teams
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable using scheduling, CRM, project-management, or business software
• Door, window, or building-product experience is helpful, but not required

You don't have to come from the door industry.

Someone who has managed installation teams for windows, roofing, siding, flooring, cabinets, solar, HVAC, or another home-service company may already have many of the skills needed for this role.

We're looking for someone who can keep the details organized, support the installation team, and make sure customers receive the quality and service they expect.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
