Installation Manager

1. Plan, coordinate, and supervise all signage installation projects from mobilization to completion.
2. Manage installation teams, and site manpower.
3. Review approved drawings, BOQs, site requirements, and installation methods before mobilization.
4. Coordinate with the Production, Project team to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Conduct site visits and assess access, measurements, installation requirements, lifting arrangements, and site conditions.
6. Prepare installation schedules and allocate manpower, vehicles, tools, and equipment.
7. Ensure installations are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and agreed deadlines.
8. Monitor daily site progress and provide regular updates to Project manager or Engineer.
9. Ensure all required permits, access approvals, safety documents, and site requirements are arranged before installation.
10. Supervise the safe use of scaffolding, MEWP/manlifts, cranes, lifting equipment, and other installation tools.
11. Identify and resolve site-related installation issues and coordinate corrective actions.
12. Inspect completed installations and update with the PM AND PE with photographs of the installed signages.
13. Maintain records of installation progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and site issues.
14. Control installation costs and minimize material wastage, rework, overtime, and unnecessary site expenses.
15. Coordinate snagging and ensure timely closure of all outstanding installation works.
16. Manage emergency and urgent installation requirements when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Strong knowledge of signage installation methods, fabrication, fixing, and site execution.
2. Experience managing multiple installation teams and projects simultaneously.
3. Good knowledge of installation tools, lifting equipment, access equipment, and site safety requirements.
4. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and installation drawings.
5. Strong manpower planning and site coordination skills.
6. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
7. UAE driving licence is preferred.
