As an Installation Manager, you’ll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by overseeing installation projects, supporting field teams, and ensuring every job meets our standards for quality, safety, and service. You’ll be responsible for keeping projects on track, developing strong relationships with our crews, and ensuring homeowners receive the high-quality experience they deserve.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee multiple installation and repair projects daily, from initial scheduling through final completion.
• Lead, support, and manage crew leaders and repair technicians to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Partner with Sales Managers and Production Administrators to coordinate project timelines, resolve challenges, and meet customer expectations.
• Proactively identify project risks, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Conduct pre-installation, installation, and post-installation inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards and established processes.
• Communicate with homeowners throughout their projects, providing timely updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Monitor project progress and hold field teams accountable for quality, productivity, and timely completion.
• Review and approve payroll for hourly employees, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Identify opportunities to improve installation processes, team performance, and operational efficiency.
• Represent Semper Fi Roofing with professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to doing the job right.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in a customer service, field operations, or project coordination role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and hold others accountable.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• A customer-first mindset with a commitment to quality workmanship and service excellence.
• Ability to work collaboratively with field teams, sales, and administrative staff.
• Flexibility to manage changing schedules and resolve time-sensitive project issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential roofing, construction, or home improvement.
• Experience managing installation crews, contractors, or field service technicians.
• Familiarity with installation quality standards, job inspections, and project scheduling.
