The role involves coordinating site measurements, scheduling installers, ensuring material availability, and maintaining communication with clients, designers, and installation teams to deliver high-quality finishes on time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate wallpaper installation projects for residential and commercial clients

• Confirm wall preparation requirements with clients and contractors

• Plan and assign installation teams based on project scope and timelines

• Ensure wallpaper materials, adhesives, and tools are delivered to site

• Track project timelines and manage installation schedules

• Liaise with interior designers, architects, and contractors

• Monitor installation quality and ensure finishing standards are met

• Handle client queries, change requests, and issue resolution

• Maintain project documentation, contracts, and invoices

• Ensure compliance with safety and site regulations

  Requirements

• 3-4 years of coordination experience

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and project tools

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
