Installation Operations Supervisor

Acoustical Solutions is looking for an experienced Installation Operations Supervisor to lead field service operations across North America. This role is ideal for a hands-on operational leader who can build strong installation teams, improve processes, manage subcontractor partners, and deliver safe, high-quality projects on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do

· Lead in-house installation teams and subcontractor partners to execute projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

· Develop, document, and improve installation processes, training procedures, and daily management practices.

· Oversee installation warehouse inventory, tools, equipment, and company fleet maintenance.

· Conduct monthly jobsite safety audits and fleet vehicle audits.

· Track KPIs, support strategy deployment, participate in budget reviews, and manage installation business performance.

· Recruit, train, and develop installation staff and partners who represent company values and delight customers.

What We’re Looking For

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

· 5–10 years of experience managing employees in an installation services environment.

· Strong leadership, communication, delegation, team-building, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

· Experience with Continuous Improvement, Lean business processes, KPI management, and operational standardization is a plus.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and occasionally support construction or warehouse settings.

· Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background check and be authorized to work in the United States.

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
