Installation Project Manager

What You Will Accomplish The Installation Manager oversees all installation operations across the West Coast, delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a hands-on leader, they guide installation teams, build strong client relationships, and ensure every project exceeds expectations.

YOUR DAILY

• Lead installation projects at client sites from start to finish
• Manage installation teams, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
• Coordinate with clients and sales teams on project scope and schedules
• Track progress and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule
• Conduct site visits and maintain accurate project documentation
• Ensure equipment readiness and compliance with safety standards
• Train and support team members while serving as the primary client contact
• Provide regular project updates to management on status and performance

Requirements YOU BRING WITH YOU

• 3 to 5 years of experience in product installation or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Strong knowledge of product installation procedures, tools, and equipment
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide a team
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of project management software
• OSHA or other relevant safety certifications
