What we expect

Installation Supervision & Technical Leadership

• Lead and coordinate installation activities for elevator and escalator projects, ensuring safe, high-quality and timely execution.
  • Lead and support installation teams, including both internal technicians and subcontractors, providing guidance throughout the execution phase.
  • Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements, applicable ISCIR regulations and TK Elevator internal procedures.
  • Identify project risks, proactively address potential issues and escalate safety concerns, hazards or non-compliance cases when necessary.
  • Deliver site-specific safety briefings and mandatory trainings in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  • Provide technical expertise and onsite support to installation teams, troubleshooting complex technical issues and driving timely resolution of non-conformities.
  • Support equipment commissioning activities and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
  • Conduct technical audits and quality assessments of installation works performed by subcontractors and internal technicians.
  • Participate in the accreditation and reaccreditation process for installation technicians, ensuring compliance with factory requirements and technical standards.
  • Support CNCIR authorization activities and coordinate the smooth handover of completed installations to the Service organization.
  • Provide technical guidance and consultative support to Sales, Project Management and other internal stakeholders during project execution.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the key interface between Project Management, New Installation teams, Technical Department and other business functions.
• Maintain effective communication with customers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in internal and onsite project meetings, providing updates on installation progress, risks, quality and safety performance.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely reporting, issue resolution and successful project delivery.

Who we are looking for

• Completed technical education in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in elevator and/or escalator installation, maintenance or modernization activities
• Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong planning, coordination and team leadership skills
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly and make sound decisions in a dynamic onsite environment
• Effective communication skills with customers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
• Romanian and English language skills at least at intermediate level, enabling the use of technical documentation and participation in internal and external communication
• Valid Category B driving license
• Willingness to travel regularly and work at various project sites
