Installation team helper

Job Summary

Duties

• Assist installers with their daily jobs both in customer's homes and on job sites
• Prepare work sites by organizing tools, materials, and equipment needed for installation tasks
• Help with the installation and removal of custom blinds and or fire places
• Help load the trucks in the morning for that day's installations
• Converse with customer's in their homes and over the phone to relay important information
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by clearing debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Taking before and after photos of all jobs

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of mathematics
• Basic knowledge of tool handling
• Punctuality is a must
• Ability to preform measurements of windows for the custom blind manufacturing process
• Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
• Physical stamina to stand, lift materials, and perform manual tasks throughout the workday
• Willingness to follow instructions carefully and develop new skills on the job
• Ability to communicate with your team, your supervisors and our customers

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
