Installation Technician

Installation Technician – Agricultural Equipment

Norwell Dairy Systems Ltd. is looking for a practical, hands-on individual to join our installation team. If you enjoy working with tools, solving problems, being around farms, and seeing the results of a good day’s work, this could be a great fit.

Agricultural or mechanical experience is an asset, but it is not required. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to take initiative.

What We Offer

• Three weeks of vacation to start
• Competitive pay starting at $55,000 per year
• RRSP/retirement program
• Opportunities to learn new skills and take on greater responsibility
• A respectful workplace that values your contributions
• Leadership that understands the importance of family and personal time
• Employee appreciation events for the whole family
• A varied work environment where no two projects are the same

What You’ll Do

• Install agricultural and dairy equipment on farms
• Work with tools, equipment, and machinery
• Read instructions, measurements, and equipment layouts
• Troubleshoot challenges and find practical solutions
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and other trades
• Keep jobsites safe, clean, and organized
• Participate in after-hours service rotation once adequately trained
• Take on other responsibilities as your skills and experience grow

What We’re Looking For

• A strong work ethic and pride in doing a job properly
• A practical, hands-on mindset
• Mechanical ability or an interest in learning
• The ability to see what needs to be done and take initiative
• Dependability and a willingness to be part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Comfort working in agricultural and farm environments
• A willingness to learn about new equipment, products, and processes

Experience with agriculture, dairy farms, construction, welding, equipment installation, mechanical work, or the skilled trades would be helpful—but attitude, dependability, and a willingness to learn are just as important.

If you enjoy hands-on work and want to build a career in the agricultural industry, we would be happy to hear from you
