About the Role

As an Installation Technician, you'll help install and remove professional Christmas lighting and décor at properties throughout Southern California.

This is full-time, physical, hands-on work involving ladders, tools, equipment, and outdoor job sites. Seasonal positions are available, with opportunities for year-round work for the right team members.

What You'll Be Doing
Install and remove professional Christmas lighting and décor
Work safely from ladders and, depending on training and experience, aerial lifts
Use hand tools, power tools, lighting equipment, extension cords, hardware, and installation materials
Load, unload, organize, and care for equipment and décor
Troubleshoot lighting and installation issues in the field
Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
Work with your crew to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards

As an Installation Technician, you'll work on different projects, locations, and tasks while helping your crew deliver work everyone can be proud of.

Experience in construction, electrical, landscaping, roofing, lighting, maintenance, warehouse operations, or similar trades is a plus, but not required.

We provide hands-on training in professional lighting installation, tools and equipment, ladder and lift work, job-site safety, troubleshooting, and project execution.

For Installation Technicians who work hard and demonstrate leadership potential, there are opportunities to grow into positions such as Lead Installer, Crew Leader, Installation Supervisor, and other year-round roles.

Pay: $20–$30 per hour, based on experience and ability
