Position Summary:

We’re looking for an Installation Technician who’s equal parts hands-on problem solver and automotive enthusiast. In this role, you’ll bring our customers' visions to life by expertly mounting and installing aftermarket accessories—from bed covers and steps to suspension lifts, bumpers, and custom lighting. If you’re detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy working on vehicles, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precise, high-quality installations of a wide range of vehicle accessories (e.g., bed covers, step bars, lighting packages, bumpers, and hitches)
• Inspect vehicles before and after installation to guarantee safety, proper fitment, and flawless functionality
• Read and interpret installation instructions, wiring diagrams, and technical spec sheets
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service bay and tool station
• Troubleshoot fitment or electrical issues with a solution-oriented mindset
• Collaborate with sales representatives and shop managers to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time
• Stay informed on the latest aftermarket products, vehicle models, and installation techniques

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on mechanical experience, preferably in automotive service, vehicle customization, or a related trade
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic 12V electrical wiring
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard for quality workmanship
• A genuine passion for trucks, SUVs, and vehicle customization
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, bend, stand, and work in a active shop environment
• Organized, dependable team player with strong time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour
