What they need

Position Overview

Heat Busters A/C, LLC is seeking two experienced HVAC installation/new construction technicians for a large residential renovation project(s) in Palm Beach County.

This is an opportunity to work on a professionally managed installation involving multiple high-efficiency inverter systems, dehumidification, custom fiberglass duct board fabrication, refrigerant piping, equipment installation, and complete linear air distribution systems.

We are looking for technicians who take pride in producing clean, professional work—not just getting equipment running.

Applicants should be dependable, able to work independently, and understand clean aesthetic HVAC equipment installation and duct work practices.

Our Standard

This is a quality-driven renovation project, not a production-rate install. We value clean workmanship, proper installation practices, and doing the job right the first time.

If your approach is "good enough," this position probably isn't the right fit. We're looking for technicians who take pride in their craftsmanship, pay attention to detail, and understand that quality comes before speed.

Who We're Looking For

We hire for attitude as much as ability. Dependability, professionalism, integrity, and the willingness to work as a team are just as important as technical skill. We are looking for technicians who take pride in their work and leave every installation knowing it was done correctly.
