Installer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Installer to join our dynamic refrigeration installation team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of installation projects across commercial and industrial sites. Installation of walk-in coolers, freezers and beer caves. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your skills in refrigeration and contribute to high-quality building solutions that meet client expectations.

Duties

• Interpret technical cooler plan drawings
• Measure dimensions precisely using tape measures and other tools to ensure accurate placement of materials.
• Install building components such as reach-in cooler doors and frames, cooler panels, condensing units, coils, and other finishing elements following project specifications.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely to cut, shape, and assemble materials on-site.
• Conduct construction inspections to verify quality control and compliance with safety regulations throughout the installation process.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to coordinate schedules, materials delivery, and site logistics.
• Perform remodeling and restoration tasks as needed, including metal framing and trim, caulking and other project finish requirements.

Skills

• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes.
• Experience with various refrigeration materials such as cooler panels, reach-in/service and pass-thru doors.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely on construction sites.
• Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately for precise installations.
• Experience in construction inspection and quality assurance procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction during project completion.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow detailed instructions effectively.
