What You'll Do

• Install replacement windows and doors in residential homes throughout the Portland metro area.
• Remove existing windows and doors and complete finish carpentry to deliver a professional installation.
• Install trim and related materials using hand and power tools while following manufacturer specifications.
• Work safely with a team to load, unload, move, and install products.
• Complete installation documentation and quality checklists.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain clean, organized jobsites and company vehicles.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• At least 2 years of window and door installation, finish carpentry, or closely related construction experience.
• Experience using hand and power tools and reading installation instructions or blueprints.
• Strong craftsmanship, attention to detail, dependability, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds with assistance and work on ladders and in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
