Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Windows & Doors and be proficient in various installation tasks. This role requires attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. The Installer will work on a variety of projects, ensuring that installations are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of Window Replacement Parts, Glass and other duties as required
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Apply caulking and painting as part of finishing work
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist in restoration projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Drive company vehicle to and from job sites in a safe manner

Skills

• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in construction
• Understanding of Windows & Doors
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently when required

• Ability to provide certificate of conduct due to the nature of some projects
