Installer

Now Hiring: Commercial Door Installer or Helper (a.k.a. The Hinge Hero We’ve Been Waiting For!)

Are you handy with tools, have a knack for making things level, and not afraid of heavy lifting or a little metal dust? We’re on the hunt for a Commercial Door Installer or Helper to join our crew and help us keep the world swinging—one door at a time.

Whether you’re a seasoned pro who knows your mortise from your maglock, or someone just getting started but ready to learn, show up, and get your hands dirty (in a good way)—we want to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Installing hollow metal frames, wood doors, hardware, and other commercial door products without breaking a sweat (or at least without breaking the door)
• Reading plans and specs, or learning how without pretending too hard
• Operating power tools safely and confidently (bonus points if you name them)
• Working in warehouses, schools, stores, or anywhere else that needs serious door solutions
• Being part of a solid team that gets the job done right and has a good time doing it

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in construction or door installation is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
• The ability to lift heavy stuff (doors aren’t light, and neither are tool bags)
• Someone reliable, coachable, and not allergic to showing up on time
• A good attitude, a little grit, and a sense of humor—you’ll fit in just fine

What You’ll Get:

• Competitive pay based on experience (no funny business here)
• On-the-job training and growth opportunities (we love a good success story)
• A dependable crew that supports each other and takes pride in quality work
• A few laughs, lots of coffee, and the satisfaction of slamming doors for a living—in the best way

Bonus Points If:

• You know your way around panic hardware, continuous hinges, and closers
• You can work with a tape measure without flipping it upside down
• You know what shims are and what they’re actually for

Sound like a good fit? Apply today. The door’s open—unless you’re the one installing it, then it better be plumb and square.
