Vets Septic Service is seeking a motivated, dependable full-time Installer to join our team. Responsibilities

As an Installer, you will assist the lead operator with the installation of residential and commercial septic systems, including:

• Septic tank installation
• Lateral line installation
• Aerobic treatment system installation
• Sprinkler line installation
• Site preparation and cleanup
• Operating hand and power tools safely
• Assisting with excavation and material handling
• Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean job site
• Performing other installation-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in septic system installation or a related construction field (not required)
• Willingness to learn through on-the-job training
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods
• Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
• Valid driver's license is required

Pay & Benefits

• Starting pay: $18.00 per hour
• Six-month probationary period
• $1.00 per hour pay increase upon successful completion of the 60 day probationary period
• Company-provided work uniforms after probation period
