The Role

You’ll work alongside our Head Installer supporting installations across conservatories, windows, and doors. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to develop into a lead installer over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of windows, doors, and conservatories
• Prepare materials, tools, and work areas
• Support with lifting, fitting, and finishing work
• Keep sites clean, organised, and safe
• Follow instructions and learn on the job

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in construction, conservatory fitting or window fitting
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)

Pay: £26,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
