Instant Mart Project Management - Business Development

• Driving high-impact projects, taking ownership of project resources, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring the successful execution of Instant Mart initiatives and their alignment with broader business goals.
• End-to-end Project Management Office (PMO) activities for the rollout of strategic business initiatives.
• Leveraging data and analytics to identify potential business opportunities, inform decision-making, and improve outcomes for overall business growth.
• Problem-solving through comprehensive investigation, analysis, and solution design, while continually monitoring and reporting on key issues affecting business growth.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to lead and execute projects that support business objectives.
• Engaging with senior leadership and key decision-makers to drive forward key growth initiatives for the business.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required
• Background in e-commerce (e-marts / e-supermarkets) or fast-paced tech start-ups can be advantageous
• Experience in consulting, private equity, or investment are welcome
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and execute projects
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Self-driven with a proactive and hands-on approach to execution.
