Institutional Client Services Representative

Index Fund Advisors, Inc. (IFA) is a privately held, SEC-registered investment adviser located in Irvine, California. IFA manages approximately $7 billion in assets under management, employs more than 50 employees, and is solely owned by its founder and CEO.

IFA is seeking accomplished client-service professionals to support our institutional relationships and deliver the responsive, detail-oriented service our clients expect.

This position is well suited for someone who communicates confidently, develops strong professional relationships and takes ownership of every client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary service contact for institutional clients

• Respond promptly and professionally to client requests

• Coordinate account documentation, reporting and service activities

• Work closely with advisors, custodians and internal departments

• Prepare materials for client meetings and presentations

• Maintain accurate records and follow established compliance procedures

• Anticipate client needs and ensure timely follow-through

Ideal Qualifications

• Experience in institutional client service, investment management, wealth management or financial services

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and careful attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Professional judgment, discretion and a client-first mindset

• Familiarity with investment accounts, custodial platforms or portfolio reporting is preferred

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
