Department: Institutional Business / Dealing

Educational Qualification:

First Class Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance / Business Administration.

NISM certifications preferred.

Experience:

2+ years in institutional sales or dealing with broking, securities, or investment

firms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow relationships with institutional clients (mutual funds, insurance

companies, banks, etc.).

Execute trades and ensure compliance with SEBI and exchange regulations.

Identify new business opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.

Coordinate with research, risk, and settlement teams for smooth execution.

Prepare periodic business reports and contribute to revenue growth.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of capital markets and institutional trading.

Excellent client relationship and communication skills.

Analytical mindset and compliance orientation.
