Institutional Sales Associate/VP

Responsibilities

Responsible for introducing and developing potential clients to achieve sales targets.

Establish and maintain client relationships by understanding their special needs, handling their inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.

Responsible for distributing research reports, coordinating client requests for research, projects, specific products and services (conference calls, corporate roadshows, strategy seminars, conference one on ones etc.) .

Handle other ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or above in finance or business-related studies.

With clean disciplinary records.

Outstanding team player with solid financial knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, ability to build trust and confidence among clients and colleagues.

3+ years of experience in securities firms or other financial institutions, previous equity research experience preferred.

With institutional clients’ resources preferred.

Strong work ethic and highly self-motivated.

Work experienced in Chinese securities firm preferred.

Strong skills in MS Office (Excel / PowerPoint / Word).
