Institutional Sales (Brokerage)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in servicing institutional clients (fund houses, sovereign funds, insurers) and develop client coverages;
• Source and cultivate high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, identifying and matching their wealth management and investment requirements;
• Promote financial products and services, including equity research, IPOs/placing, equity trading, and structured products;
• Manage client onboarding and coordinate full-cycle project workflows;
• Collaborate with dealing, compliance, operations and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above with majors in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience in Equity Sales or ECM (Equity Capital Markets) Sales; familiar with the Hong Kong markets and investment banking business processes;
• Local buy-side institutional investor resources in Hong Kong are highly preferred;
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and proactive service mindset; capable of working under pressure and handling challenges.
