Institutional Sales Representative

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience in B2B, institutional, food service, FMCG, or frozen food sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Results-oriented and willing to conduct field work.
• With existing network of institutional or food-service accounts is an advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Identify and develop new institutional accounts and business opportunities.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and sales negotiations.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and develop sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate customer orders, deliveries, and product requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Accounting regarding customer requirements.
• Follow up collections and account-related concerns.
• Submit regular sales, customer, and field activity reports.

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
